Pigs & Pinot

At Six, Monday 2 Oct

Pinot Noir is a complex and surprising grape, an artist one can say. And for this spectacular evening, the Pinot grapes will play a duet with another darling, the pig. In a unique collaboration between Michel Jamais (wine), At Six (kitchen) and Scan (pigs), we now invite you to a the dinner of the autumn. The theme is Pig & Pinot Noir.

The Scan rapeseed pig is bred in ten carefully selected farms where the rapeseed and other food are grown in the fields next door. This short chain in upbringing the pigs make them more healthy, rich in Omega3 and in the end even tastier. It is from these ten farms that Scan’s well reputed Head Butcher Benny Granquist has selected the pigs for the evening and together with At Six Executive Chef Andreas Askling with team they will create a seven course dinner for a one time only occasion.

Benny Granquist will share his knowledge about the pork, meat and the variation of cuts, while Andreas Askling will present every course and Michel Jamais will in a fascinating fashion share bring the paired wines to life.
