Wine evening: Mosel vs. Port

Blanche & Hierta, Friday 14 Dec

Two types of wine which surprisingly develop under similar conditions – the grapes grow in steep vineyards, at high altitude, the vines are usually very old and the soil consists of slate – but couldn´t be more different.

Port wine has 20 percent alcohol and very high sweetness where a Riesling from Mosel normally presents 10 percent alcohol, fresh acidity, and elegance. Tonight we test them next to each other and paired with some cheese

Wine tasting flight with cheese pairing, four glasses for 395 sek.
