Pablo Lagrange is a young chef with South American roots offering an exclusive «play with fire and Argentinian traditional flavours» experience.
After getting the opportunity to learn and share knowledge, kitchens, cultures in different parts of the world, Pablo has built his identity as a cook, with a very personal and intimate work. Always creating dishes and working on ideas surrounded by memories, tradition, fire, and landscapes.
For the past years, he has been travelling the
globe to acquire knowledge by staging and working at important restaurants such as Noma, Borago, Mugaritz, Relae which he describes, as « the most vanguardist places in philosophy and thought at the present».
