This September, we are thrilled to welcome Chef Jim Löfdahl back to Stockholm for an exclusive two-night culinary takeover at At Six.

Jim Löfdahl's journey began right here in Stockholm before taking him to some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens. As a pivotal force alongside Chef Björn Frantzén, Löfdahl was instrumental in earning two Michelin Stars for Frantzén/Lindeberg. Following a standout pop-up at Palazzo Versace in Dubai, he moved to Asia in 2016 to open the Frantzén Group’s very first overseas restaurant, Frantzén’s Kitchen, in Hong Kong.

In 2022, he opened Embla in the heart of Hong Kong—a restaurant that truly embodies his personal vision of modern, heritage-driven Nordic fine dining.
