Training Season
Get ready for an energizing weekend of fitness, great food, and good company! But hurry, spots are limited. April 5-6th we are offering an exclusive weekend together with our personal trainers Denis and Camilla.
The weekend begins on Saturday morning with a refreshing one-hour run through Stockholm, followed by a breakfast. After a long breakfast we head to the gym, where a strength-focused session awaits, designed to challenge and empower you.
Once the workout is complete, we gather for a lunch before you check into your hotel room.
In the afternoon, we meet again for a calming and revitalizing flow session on the rooftop, offering stunning views of the city. Afterward, there’s time to relax with a sauna and shower session at the gym before getting ready for the evening. A two-course dinner is served in the restaurant, creating the perfect opportunity to socialize and enjoy the night at your own pace—whether that means heading to the bar for a drink or retreating to the comfort of your room.
On Sunday morning, we gather for a delicious breakfast to round off the weekend before saying our goodbyes and heading home, feeling recharged and inspired.
