One of the year’s absolute biggest events is here – it’s time to taste the very first wine of the season from Beaujolais
Celebrating the first Beaujolais Nouveau of the year has become a tradition, not only in France but also in Sweden. The wine is released at the same time every year. According to French law, Beaujolais Nouveau cannot be consumed or even tasted before 00:01 on the third Thursday in November.
In Blanche & Hierta we will also have ‘Fredagskocken’ Mattias Larsson with us. He is a chef and cookbook author with many exciting assignments.
In addition to having written 10 cookbooks, he has done a lot of TV and radio over the years. Right now, Mattias is currently working on the TV series, “Godare knackar på.”
Mattias also runs “Min Matstudio” on Rådmansö and can be hired for cooking events and dinners.
